Meet the Team

Kylie Mathieson

Principal
Psychologist and Coach

Kylie is well known for her holistic, down-to-earth and non-judgemental style. She has worked with clients across the developmental spectrum, using evidence-based approaches to support those impacted by anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, Autism, and ADHD.  She also enjoys supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

Kylie has particular interests in helping individuals navigate difficult life transitions, adapt following diagnosis/illness, manage professional pressures, improve performance, and embed healthy lifestyle habits (e.g. movement, nature-time, sleep).

Kylie places great emphasis on strength-orientated approaches and healthy living.  She holds recognised qualifications in fitness instruction and professional coaching, offering health and executive coaching as a separate or  integrated service.

Kylie lives simply with a clueless cavoodle, enjoys a relaxed waterside lunch, loves an e-ride, recalibrates in the quiet, and embraces the atypical.  Corn chips are her weakness, an annual surf trip is her ambition (body allowing), and contrast therapy is her current ‘go-to’ … and she reserves the right to change any of the above at any time.

Ellen Belbin

Administration
Enthusiast Extraordinaire

Ellen has spent her career in administrative roles, developing a true passion for client interaction and relationship building. Her enthusiasm this area is infectious, and her experience makes her a go-to resource for any administrative questions you might have.

Ellen adores her two fur babies, Kip, the fluffy Kelpie, and Ozzie, the young boisterous German Shorthaired Pointer.  In her spare time, she loves being at her lakeside shack with family and friends, learning how to wakeboard (and all things water sports), camping and fishing. She craves travel and learning what our world has on offer.

Finn

Principal
Mascot and Muse

Finn is arguable the most important member of our staff in that he reminds us to step into the shoes of others, and remain open to all perspectives and experiences.

He reminds us to be humble, and seek understanding with objectivity, curiosity, kindness and non-judgement.

Finn reminds us to ask questions, work collaboratively, share observations and ideas without attachment, and trust in natural human endeavour.

We love Finn and believe everyone should have an objective “Finn-Figure” in their lives.

Please note:

Finn places great importance on his own privacy and anonymity. We therefore go to great lengths to ensure his information and identity is reliably protected.  For this reason, his face will always be concealed, and never revealed, without his express consent.
